Reservation Number
/ Do you have your reservation number?
It starts with #KEF and then followed by numbers f.e. #KEF00000.
You will only need the 4, resp 5 numbers f.e. 0000 / 00000.
Where can you find it?
Everyone that books through our online system or with a travel agent should receive a booking confirmation.
If you booked directly with us, you received an email with a header. Check out the demo picture below.
Still can't find it
Look for your Booking Confirmation. It was sent to you by E-Mail. If you cannot find it email us or contact your travel agent. The confirmation looks like this:
