The Hvalfjörður Tunnel, West Iceland, will be closed June 5, 6, and 7 from midnight till 7 am, due to annual cleaning and maintenance, mbl.is reports.
Traffic will be redirected to Hvalfjörður road, lengthening the distance to Borgarnes by 45 km (28 mi).
